We offer personalised tutoring in various subjects for students of all ages, including primary and secondary school levels. Our services include one-on-one tutoring, group sessions, and exam preparation, delivered online or in-person.

Our Tutoring Staff and Founders have Live Life experienced in the Field, as a Tutor.
Rest Assured that All of Our Tutors have been clearance on Work with Children Check, Policy Check and First Aid Qualification.

Yes, We Work with NDIS , Planned Managed and Self Managed. Please Contact Us for More Information on 1300 361 580 between Our Business Hours: Monday – Thusday 10:00 to 8:30PM and Saturday 10:00AM to 4:30PM. Sunday: Closed

We are open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4:30pm. We are closed on Sundays.

If you have trouble accessing the materials or encounter any technical difficulties, please contact our IT support team by emailing ITSupport@acquiretutoring.com.au or calling 1300 361 580. Our business hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM AEST.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged for the session.

Great Question! Our Tutoring Billed on a Hourly Basis, After your initial Sessions with Our Tutoring Experts, They will Mark it Complete on our End! The System “TeachWorks” will automatically issue an Invoice. You can Pay Via Bank Transfer, Card Payment Online, Or Over Phone Payment.

If your child is still struggling after a few sessions, we recommend discussing it with the tutor to ensure the approach is the right fit. Our tutors are happy to adjust their methods or suggest different strategies to help your child succeed. We are always available to discuss concerns and provide additional resources to support your child’s progress.

While we match tutors based on your child’s needs, we are happy to take your preferences into consideration regarding the tutor’s background or gender. Our main focus is ensuring your child feels comfortable and confident with their tutor, so we will work with you to find the best match.

We encourage parental involvement in the tutoring process. Parents can request regular updates, progress reports, and even sit in on tutoring sessions (if online) to ensure they are comfortable with the approach and progress. We believe in open communication and encourage you to check in at any time.

Yes, we are committed to providing tutoring services for all students, including those with learning difficulties or disabilities. Our tutors are experienced in working with students who require additional support and use a variety of teaching strategies tailored to the individual needs of the student.

Before the first session, we recommend discussing with your child what areas they would like to focus on. It’s helpful to have any relevant materials (textbooks, past assignments, etc.) on hand. Our tutor will assess your child’s current understanding and design a personalised learning plan based on their needs.

If you’re not eligible for NDIS funding, we offer several payment options for our services. You can pay via Direct Debit billing,(Stripe), make a payment using a credit card, or pay over the phone during our business hours.
